ANKU
2023
ANKU table lamp reinterprets traditional Estonian and Eastern European folk ornament through light and material. The patterns were hand-punched into paper, one perforation at a time, and the entire structure was assembled by stitching the panels together without the use of glue or nails. The result is an object that celebrates slowness, craftsmanship, and the quiet beauty of traditional making techniques.
